im not a huge fan of tvxq, but whenever i come to their videos, my head hurts reading the arguments between the different fans. couldn't everyone please stop fighting and just appreciate TVXQ who are, after all, the main focus in this video? everyone has their opinions, why bother fighting? and to anyone who wishes to reply me with a long smartass comment scolding me to mind my business, please don't. i wont bother replying.

They renewed their contracts. They are grown adults. You say they are afriad of the company. They had their shot not coming back and go to some other company. You implied they are cowards, some fan you have little faith in. They are adults. They made their decision. It's their work life. If you hate SM go ahead keep hating. @veebrisav You hate SM a lot, obviously, but do you give credit to them helping Yunho and Changmin make their comeback? SM could have shut down TVXQ entirely. They could have not supported Yunho or Changmin, but even while TVXQ's future was in doubt, in 2010 they brought back Yunho and Changmin to SMTown where Changmin had a collaboration with TRAX & Super Junior and Yunho had his solo dance aside from the songs they performed. SM never stopped supporting them even when some fans did.

Just like with all previous album concepts, music selection, what the fans fell in love with before, SM helped them with KYHD and TONE. I want to continue what was started earlier, do you think the two's decision was a good or a bad one? You say you don't know why they stayed, but what do you think of the decision itself?

This is not difficult to understand. Two stayed. 1) Stressing repeatedly that TVXQ is now a duo. In interviews, in magazines. 2) Performing as a duo. 3) Recording as a duo. 4) Promoting as a duo. 5) Being a duo. There's a pattern here.
Three quit TVXQ. 1) Physically leaving the band. 2) Not once since 2009 performing as TVXQ. 2) Embarking on their own enterprise as JYJ. 3) Promoting their album as 'former members' of TVXQ. It's still on their facebook page. 4) Show no sign of returning to TVXQ.
That's what it is now. There's no denying it. Certain fans can moan groan and cry but that helps no one. Both groups have separated in the paths they walk, they are making their own decisions, as a fan it would be wiser to support those decisions instead of trying to cling to a fantasy by refuting them and pandering to selfish wants.
@chiaroscuro87 I understand what your saying but some people cannot let go. It's too hard for them. I'll only use myself as an example. I've been a fan see early 2004. Over the years of cheering and supporting them, I kind of became attach to them in a way. They were big inspirations to me. When they broke up, it was the most heartbreaking news ever. My heart just torn apart. And what hurt even more was the things that happened after. Everyone could see the boys really missed each other.
@chiaroscuro87 I don't have a problem with them not being a group anymore, it's of the fact that they are separated now. They can't be brothers anymore. That's too heartbreaking for me as a Cassie to watch. So some people just pray that someday they will be united some how.
Yunho & Changmin, this is like a ritual for some people, isn't it? Haha. Thank you for making 2011 an especially memorable one for me. Changmin, you told us in El Sol that you made the best decision for yourself, and that it would be great if the fans could continue to support that. Yunho, it doesn't need to be said, you want TVXQ to last forever. I hope too, that everyone who has and those that are to come, will love & cherish you well into 2012 and beyond, and see you both for what you are.

@veebrisav It didn't refer to anyone specific. I read a Korean interpretation of the exchange that says it's what someone says to express anger. Do you have a reason for jumping to the conclusion it was due to SM? I was under the impression SBS's poor handling of the event was the highlight of Gayo Dajun. Other bands had problems, Infinite Dongwoo's lighting burns, Davichi had to change in public toilets, FT Island Lee Jaejin carried his own chair, fans were refused cause tickets oversold, etc
@illecandra SM didn't tell Elfs about the pre-recording, so no Elfs came to to cheer their boys. Super Junior was very upset over this and apologize to their fans.
@veebrisav I want to get this straight since you are so insistent SM is to blame for everything. SJ said nothing about SM. I've read the fan accounts and there was clear miscommunication. Gayo Dajun was a badly handled event and those SJ fans unfortunately got the short end of the stick. But they weren't the only fans who got screwed: how about those who wept because they couldn't even make it inside? Apparently police were called.

@MrsKyuhyun21 Agreed. SJ has always had is rough. Luckily they have such a wonderful fandom to keep them going. Elfs are pretty supportive and devoted towards them and always find way to overcome those things and still make SJ the top kpop group. So you guys are pretty awesome xD

I'm not one of those people who thinks Sm is perfect, I just don't think they are as bad as people think and all Suju members signed a new contract with them last year. @veebrisav ...read tvxq's interviews you will see how their views differ vastly from the three's. They are so completely different in their views and that's one of the reasons why they split. How can you support both groups equally when they are so different in their views on Sm to work ethics? @yusan2 You make it sound like THIS year was a bad one for TVXQ. It wasn't. They had two excellent albums, great sales, great reception from their loyal fans. I'm thrilled for them, 2011 was great to them. But of course, I suppose this wouldn't be enough for some people.
Just because I say I hope the next year will be better does not mean I think this year was bad. Don't you want a better year next year? Higher sales, less bickering among fans, better stages, etc.

I feel bad for them. They look so tired and clearly drained out, they're not as bright as when they debuted. Why must SM make overwork you? You need some rest. At least you have lasted 8 years. @veebrisav You hate SM a lot, obviously, but do you give credit to them helping Yunho and Changmin make their comeback? SM could have shut down TVXQ entirely. They could have not supported Yunho or Changmin, but even while TVXQ's future was in doubt, in 2010 they brought back Yunho and Changmin to SMTown where Changmin had a collaboration with TRAX & Super Junior and Yunho had his solo dance aside from the songs they performed. SM never stopped supporting them even when some fans did.

This is not difficult to understand. Two stayed. 1) Stressing repeatedly that TVXQ is now a duo. In interviews, in magazines. 2) Performing as a duo. 3) Recording as a duo. 4) Promoting as a duo. 5) Being a duo. There's a pattern here.
Three quit TVXQ. 1) Physically leaving the band. 2) Not once since 2009 performing as TVXQ. 2) Embarking on their own enterprise as JYJ. 3) Promoting their album as 'former members' of TVXQ. It's still on their facebook page. 4) Show no sign of returning to TVXQ.

That's what it is now. There's no denying it. Certain fans can moan groan and cry but that helps no one. Both groups have separated in the paths they walk, they are making their own decisions, as a fan it would be wiser to support those decisions instead of trying to cling to a fantasy by refuting them and pandering to selfish wants.

Over the years of cheering and supporting them, I kind of became attach to them in a way. They were big inspirations to me. When they broke up, it was the most heartbreaking news ever. My heart just torn apart. And what hurt even more was the things that happened after. Everyone could see the boys really missed each other.

Yunho & Changmin, this is like a ritual for some people, isn't it? Haha. Thank you for making 2011 an especially memorable one for me. Changmin, you told us in El Sol that you made the best decision for yourself, and that it would be great if the fans could continue to support that. Yunho, it doesn't need to be said, you want TVXQ to last forever. I hope too, that everyone who has and those that are to come, will love & cherish you well into 2012 and beyond, and see you both for what you are.

I have my answers, all 5 had stated their minds, and I have been listening. I am moving on, so it frustrates me to see people hung up in the past even when TVXQ is moving toward the future.

@veebrisav It didn't refer to anyone specific. I read a Korean interpretation of the exchange that says it's what someone says to express anger. Do you have a reason for jumping to the conclusion it was due to SM? I was under the impression SBS's poor handling of the event was the highlight of Gayo Dajun. Other bands had problems, Infinite Dongwoo's lighting burns, Davichi had to change in public toilets, FT Island Lee Jaejin carried his own chair, fans were refused cause tickets oversold, etc

@illecandra SM didn't tell Elfs about the pre-recording, so no Elfs came to to cheer their boys. Super Junior was very upset over this and apologize to their fans.

@veebrisav I want to get this straight since you are so insistent SM is to blame for everything. SJ said nothing about SM. I've read the fan accounts and there was clear miscommunication. Gayo Dajun was a badly handled event and those SJ fans unfortunately got the short end of the stick. But they weren't the only fans who got screwed: how about those who wept because they couldn't even make it inside? Apparently police were called.

A speculation, and I don't base my beliefs on speculations and theories. I am me, I don't build my values based on popular opinion, so I don't have to believe what most Elf is saying, because most Elf is not Siwon, they're not Eunhyuk, and they're not Leeteuk.

@MrsKyuhyun21 Agreed. SJ has always had is rough. Luckily they have such a wonderful fandom to keep them going. Elfs are pretty supportive and devoted towards them and always find way to overcome those things and still make SJ the top kpop group. So you guys are pretty awesome xD

@veebrisav Oh, I didn't know that's what it meant. Well obviously Eunyuk had a reason for saying what he said. I'm not one of those people who thinks Sm is perfect, I just don't think they are as bad as people think and all Suju members signed a new contract with them last year. Leetuk has said he loves Sm and wants to continue working for them for a long time. I don't think we can swear at Sm because we don't know even 10% of what goes on there. Lets not speculate.

@veebrisav ...read tvxq's interviews you will see how their views differ vastly from the three's. They are so completely different in their views and that's one of the reasons why they split. How can you support both groups equally when they are so different in their views on Sm to work ethics? That's why I don't believe Ot5's and their impartiality, and when you have a discussion with them it soon becomes clear who they really support.

@veebrisav Call me nasty, doesn't make me wrong. Stop blaming SM when we are all have the power and the ability to make our own decisions. If you blame SM for what's going on in this fandom, it means you give them power over this fandom. I believe the power is with the fans, not with SM. If we want this fandom a better one, WE have to work for it, not hoping for SM to get their act together and fix it for us. I'm not that childish, I am responsible for my own actions, not SM.

@yusan2 You make it sound like THIS year was a bad one for TVXQ. It wasn't. They had two excellent albums, great sales, great reception from their loyal fans. I'm thrilled for them, 2011 was great to them. But of course, I suppose this wouldn't be enough for some people.

& maybe you didn't see the rest of my comments - I wished Yunho & Changmin health & success. The ones spamming most were friends, yes, but I did tell them to stop when I thought it was getting out of hand.
