  • This silly production would having you to believe that Prop B LOOSENS laws on the factory farming of dogs and that is why breeders are against it. Yes, puppy millers are fighting Prop B tooth and nail because it it's not up to their standards. MMM Hmmm. That must be it. It's cant because because they would have to provide space for the dogs to stand and walk? Or because Prop B provides for an annual physical exam by vet? Or that females will now get a rest between breeding cycles?

  • Are you getting your information from the Alliance for Truth? Lead by Rick Berman, the same man who runs groups that say that secondhand cigarette smoke is good for you, that trans fats are good for you, that sugary beverages are good for you, and that tanning beds don't cause cancer. If so, you've been had. The law has nothing to do with livestock. Read the measure for yourself before you listen to Washington lobbyist such as Rick Berman and his Alliance for 'Truth.'

  • @CosmicSquirt

Where is livestock coming into this? I've never heard of that guy. All information has come from the two sources in the description.

  • @IlluminaVoting You might wanna reread your sources. The law doesn't say only 50 dogs, it says only 50 intact female dogs used for the purposes of breeding for pets. People are so confused about this, but the original laws were even more confusing, spread across 22 something pages of laws governing livestock. This law only clarified the other parts of the law, making it less confusing. It doesn't replace the other laws. Research first!

  • Prop B won't "REPLACE" any current laws on the books. It's in addition to.

  • @CASSIEMorr

Thanks... I didn't mean to come across as it outright replaces what exists. Being the more recent, publicized legislation, it may be the one considered in court cases however. Nevertheless, it does not change that it is very similar to what exists. (Or the issues with the temperature range and the constant access to the outdoors.)

I might be clearer if I actually recorded myself talking, but I don't want to do that because of how my voice sounds.

  • Thank you.

HSUS is a radical animal rights organization in a suit.

I am voting No on Proposition B
