Its ridiculous how slash has become the staple of conversation here all because of this common blues pentatonic lick. (Which sounds amazing). Slash is a great guitar player. He has created great riffs and licks and music and has influenced a lot of people. He might not be as technically complete or as knowledgeable in music theory but they are only tools for making music. Slash doesn't need them it seems :) His music has great feeling in it and thats what matters.

That exact lick ya?? Ya I'd imagine it would be very similar. The lick is derived almost directly from a very common blues scale pattern. Always sounds good with a bit of chorus/delay:D
