@xxxAireolGoesRawrxxx If you get a normal pen/pencil eyeliner put it on, then get a liquid eyeliner, and put a coat of that over, then get black eyeshadow and a small brush and put it over the eyeliner. i usually do that. and it stays on ALL day for me. Hope i helped. Haha.
