are you able to organize and play with a full group? or are you only able to do improvisational leads to pre-recorded music? seems like you would be a good teacher of the guitar and i'm not trying to judge, I just see all these guys that can play lighting fast but are severely limited as musicians due to their lack of ability to orgainize with a band and that dont know how to enhance the sound created by the entire group due to needing their ego stroked by beginners that are amazed by quickness

Super Technique. Some of the best rock guitarist don`t have half your technical ailities(Clapton, Beck, Page and Hendrix). There is one thing they do have though. Their solos have more emotion and feeling.Their solos take you somwhere. You don`t have to play 100 miles an hour. Look at all the feeling and emotion Hendrix played with. He was not super fast but his music takes you some place. I think your speed gets in your way if that makes any sense.
