Personally i always prefer the basics....and COD4 will forever be my all time favorite Call Of Duty title...nothing was truly overpowered....there wasn't any rediculous bullshit it was basic skill on skill. Sure you had your occasional odd spawn moment, or noobtuber, but putting those things aside it was the better game of the franchise...long live COD4

I heard that the AK-47 goes from 40-30 to 40-20 when you put a silencer or red dot sight on it. ...not really sure what that means, can someone explain it for me? Thanks!

@ridezealand in the game the there really is no range. any gun can shoot across the map entirely, but some guns have less power further away. like a sniper has pretty much the same power at any range. and sub machine guns loose their power very quickly. it might take 3 shots close up spray and pray. but it takes 6 across the map. shotguns are the only guns that the bullets end up loosing all power after a certain distance.

Very true! AK does 40-30 damage. 40 at closer range and 30 at longer range. If you put a silencer or red dot, it does 40 up close and 30 at medium and 20 at long range! Every character has 100 health, and stoppin power increases these numbers by 0.4.
