hey amy we cook it pretty much the same but i recommend that you try adding potatoes coz most filipinos put potatoes in their adobo dish :D . just cut two potatoes in 4 :D depends on the size but yeh, if you're not gonna eat rice with that, try putting potatoes to substitute the rice :D
