should arrest them all for causing a public disturbance, perfect fitting as these people are disturbed in the head, they cant even realise that these "demonstrations" do nothing except annoy the locals who then start to resent these nutters and so then wont support them, they also fail to realise that no country would ever use them in modern times because the UN would go absolutly ape at which ever country were to drop them and proberly end up removing the goverment from power!
