Yes, Hubbard was apparently murdered since he was pumpped full of visteral which the killers attempted lamely to hide under bandaids. The autopsy report showed that a really poor autopsy was performed and then the unsightly remains were quickly destyroyed before a detailed autopsy could be performed.
Typical organized crime hit, it looked like.
