As a former Golden Guinea from Aurthur Ave. in the Bronx I will yes,the Black Spades were the biggest street gang in NYC. Drugs were the #1 factor that destroyed them. We fought a rumble with them on Fordham Rd. in '74. The Bronx Ministers from Pelham Bay fought with us against the Spades.
