The prison in Exeter,Devon,UK people outside threw drugs over the wall into the prison yard for the inmates.Along side the prison is an alley way that is overlooked by prison cells,prisoners inside would lower fishing lines made from sheet thread etc to their suppliers in the alley way and haul the drugs in that way,the wives/partners of the prisoners also go up there and flash their tits/etc at the prisoners.The drug problem got so bad in Exeter they had people with ladders breaking in to

@silver760 the prison to deliver drugs,mobile phones etc.You know just how fucked up society is when people are breaking into prisons!! I visited the prison to pick up hydraulic cylinders for the prison factory.Security was so slack I could have driven out with a van load of prisoners,they never checked the inside of my Ford transit going out,not once,prisoners were walking freely about where I was.UK prison guards don't have guns or pepper spray either (Thought our US viewers might be shocked)

i was arrested awhile ago on made up charges that were dropped, but when i was arrested the officer didnt even search me, he just asked me if i had anything on me and i said no just my phone and he put me in his car. now wtf if i had a gun or something on me? i swear cops are so damn stupid.

Prison's NEED to have a drug supply, keeps the inmates occupied. Otherwise, they'de rape and kill eachother EVEN MORE! It;s in the prisons' best interest to keep a certain population stoned on heroin. it's coke and meth they need to get out of prison...makes the inmates too ambitious.
