I think you'll have to do it minimum 3 times a day, to get good results. The exercise that she makes in this video, doesn't even increase your pulse. So I'd say at least 3 times a day, for a good result :)

@eyeoftheforest5 of course, every part of your body is going to be targeted. so yes you would lose fat from your breast. maybe losing about a cup size.
