was this filmed at the now abandoned flatiron building at 21st and broadway? are there any more photos of the space before it was boarded up? as an urban explorer, i'd love to get some information on the space. i've only been inside the flatiron on broadway once briefly before the cops chased us out.

@chancegreer Yes, it's the Flatiron. Cool building. Back in the 80s we had run of the place. Bands practiced downstairs, artists had studios upstairs.  There is a walk-in bank vault downstairs where we stored our instruments and amps! The inside of the vault is seen on the Celebrity Art Party video.

No doubt. Just got the first EP on vinyl and...it sounds almost 'odd' since i've fallen in love w. the crappy internet sound while waiting to find it. After being in and creating music for over a decade, and seriously record collecting for a few years, I've of the last while lost my passion for music....but, to find these gems, and to so transparently see the ethos of The Embos has really been important in bringing it all round again. Can't thank you enuf for it. Truly refreshing.
