everytime when i get a haircut, i get my hair layered!!!!!!!!!!!! recently i had a haircut and i had my layers little shorter...my hair is long again but im not getting a haircut for awhile.
This is the BEST instructional video I've seen on this site so thank you for taking the time to upload it. It's crystal clear. I was a hairdresser 20 years ago and just wanted a reminder and this helped me alot. Thanks, again.
Can men with medium length hair get a layered haircut too? I'm a young asian male (21 yrs old) and most of my asian male friends grow out their hair to medium (shoulder) length and they really get into styling them the "asian" way.
So my only question is would it help me if I got a layered haircut with the "asian" male hairstyle that I want to do?
this is a-super basic video not kind of hair cut i would put on youtube your scissors are making noise, you are very organized and its nice to watch but i think you can do better then this.
@hyosungudi I would also like to add that this may be a basic video for some experienced Hairstylists, but there are many new hairstylist and students that want to learn. Thank you for watching and I really do appreciate the feed back:)
wow thanks for making an informative and easy to understand video. my wife has RIDICULOUSLY long hair and is making me cut it so hopefully i dont mess it up! thanks to you. i probably wont!
love your videos! sad to say, but i learned more from you then most of my teachers in cosmetology school... anyways, if the client did not want so many layers like you did in this video.. instead of twisting the top and chopping off that sectgion, would you just direct the entire section up on a 180 degree angle and then connect the sides? thanks and keep it up!
Can you take layers out?? I have had my layers ever since I was little and now i don't like them anymore and I was wondering if they can get taken out by my hairdresser
I just have to tell you how refreshing it is to see a clear and to the point tutorial like this. Please keep it up! I feel like your videos are the only ones I've seen without fluff or gimmicks and I actually LEARN something from!
I want to say that I really appreciate the way you go over every step sides and guideline, can you please make a video of how to make a haircutting tutorial, because every other video out there is too darn hard to follow. Ur cuts rock, your blow drys, umm could be better. Luv u anyway
@jaovanny Thank you! You know I almost didn't post this video, because I thought the blow-dry was a little weak. We were in a hurry, because I had to pick up my kids from school and I had to rush the blow-dry... You must be a professional to pick up on that:)
does bringing the hair out at a 90 degree angle create the same look as bringing all of the hair straight up? i was taught to bring all the hair straight up for a layered look, but im was too short to do this and its very difficult for me .ty.
Thank you!"

@sunnydizzle79 When you pull the hair out at a 90 degree in the back of the hair, you are decreasing bulk and adding more layers:)
