Like McCain's wife, Kerry's wife is an heiress (to the Heinz fortune). And she is worth WAY more than Cindy (estimated to be around $1 billion, about 10x the weath of Cindy McCain). Heinz own 5 houses, together worth about $30 million plus a $1 million yacht & a $35 million jet. Yes, the McCain's own 7 homes, but together they are only worth about $13 million.

i dont think mccain really has trouble knowing that there are problems in the economy. the quote obama was saying was in the republican debate and that time, the economy was not as bad as it is right now. And if you think about it, you will see that it is true. The ones that have lots of money are getting even more money, from the ones that have none or have few money.
of course the rich will get the most benefits and thats because they are rich. there has never been an administration republican or democrat where the rich have not benefited. this is just propaganda be4 election and nothing will come out of it when elected. Reversing bush tax cuts, wont help the middle class or the poor, nothing a president does is going to help them and that is something they need to realize.
To be rich doesn't mean that they have to get more benefits from the government. So by reversing the bush tax cuts or even increasing tax in those that have so much money will help to raise more money for the government to give more services for those that do not have that much money. It is true that in the current government system that the US has nothing like that is going to happen, and that makes you think and shows you the ones that are actually controlling the government.
the problem with that is there is a limit on how much you raise the taxes, and especially in recession it wont be effective. The reason for this is because when taxes go up, demand goes down and hence the federal receipts for taxes received by government goes down. There is no evidence that raising taxes on rich and giving it to the middle class or poor will significantly help the economy. There is more evidence that it is a cycle and recession and boom will come regardless of the president

Senators, Congressmen and most in the military DON'T have Security clearance.
People with it have access to top-secret, ultra-sensitive information relating to national security. To get clearance, they will investigate your entire life starting at childhood. They do an in-depth backround investigation, interview your past teachers, neighbors, friends, local police, ect.

Mccain is in agreement that we are living in hard economic times. Also, Mccain's comment about the economy being a mental thing does have some merit. So when he asked 'who was the beneficiary of the economical growing in the bush administration', Obama was referring that only the richest people is getting most of the benefits. And if you think about it, you will see that it is true. The ones that have lots of money are getting even more money, from the ones that have none or have few money.

To be rich doesn't mean that they have to get more benefits from the government. So by reversing the bush tax cuts or even increasing tax in those that have so much money will help to raise more money for the government to give more services for those that do not have that much money. It is true that in the current government system that the US has nothing like that is going to happen, and that makes you think and shows you the ones that are actually controlling the government.

the problem with that is there is a limit on how much you raise the taxes, and especially in recession it wont be effective. The reason for this is because when taxes go up, demand goes down and hence the federal receipts for taxes received by government goes down. There is no evidence that raising taxes on rich and giving it to the middle class or poor will significantly help the economy. There is more evidence that it is a cycle and recession and boom will come regardless of the president
