He completely cut Chomsky off at the end of this clip, not because Rose thought he was saying something contraversial, but because Rose thought Chomsky had finished his point which he clearly hadn't. The only reason Chomsky's on the show is because viewers wrote in and asked for him to appear. Rose is not qualified to interview Chomsky.
So thankfull for your channel and your uploads. Being a german Chomsky "fan" I have to rely on friends like you to get informed in a "user-friendly" way.
That´s one of the many things I admire him for. He is so astonishingly open-minded, patient and not arrogant at all. In this way he has a kindred spirit to people like Ghandi and the Dalai Lama. He can keep smiling and answer even the most "stupid" questions. Let there be more people like him, and the world could become a better place for all to live in.

@MonsieurEm I know I noticed that too, very strange, he asks him whether he has any mega questions which he would like to see resolved and then they cut off his answer, possibly an edit time constraint?
@MonsieurEm Yeah, sad. But he probably didn't comprehend the answer at all, so he thought Chomsky was finished. Well, cut him some slack, he admitted beforehand that he doesn't understand the topic. ;)
