PGA Superstore Indoor Range (Adams a12 vs Titleist 910H)

I bought it with the Matrix. I used it at the range last night, I was hitting it really well. It gave me a great ball flight and good distance(about 210-215). I really enjoy this club. I got it at a Golf Expo brand new for 120. I got to hit the 910h while I was there. It is also a great club but I am very happy with my Pro A12.

@nhlgoaliem39 the a12 definately was great, especially when i flushed it. the problem I had was battling a miss to the right (draw or pull) that I wasn't trying to play. the 910's adjustbility has opened up a new range of shots I am finding on the range because I can play the ball to go either direction without compensating for the setup.

I got the Callaway Diablo Edge Tour 13* 3 wood and the Adams idea pro A12 18*.

Is this going to be the only change for the 2012 season? I haven't changed much for 2012 only a new 3 wood and a new hybrid.

No problem! And ya that's true. Practice makes perfect or close to it. Always remember that.

I am a lefty also. Try to keep your front foot planted on the ground. That will help with your pull issue. Also try and use alignment sticks to make sure your feet don't move.

@TJAY8888 Thanks for the tip, I do notice my front foot turning forward when I begin the downswing, this frees up my hip turn without stressing my knee. After looking closer I see from the front view a lot more head movement than at the end of last season. When I keep my front foot down it corrects a lot of these issues. Right now I am focusing on video to help me feel and see what is right. The swing comes from years of long drive competition where it was how fast, not how consistent.

I just bought the same Adams 80 stiff adila 18 degree absolutely loving never hit a hybrid so straight off the tee and so far off the fairway

the whole 910 series is the best overall series IMO. Great driver, great fairway and great hybrid.

I love my 909H. It is one of my favorite clubs. Have you always lifted up your right leg that much in your back swing? This is the first time I noticed it.

@FowlerFan1986 I tend to lift the right leg more with the driver and hybrid. With the irons and wedges I shorten the swing and focus on more on a desending path to the ball.

@lilmikeii24 I see the same thing, I need a drill that can help my hands drop back into the slot and improve my timing. Tempo was inconsistent as well

@theMANxGOLFER Try feeling like you are really driving the lower Body through the downswing.... it might not stop the over the top move, but it will help that left handed hook you have...
