Psyllium husks is the thing that keeps it all together (as it tends to absorb the liquid). I have not tried anything else in this recipe as yet. However, I think that possible good candidates that might work are ground flax seeds, or chia seeds (I would try this one first, cause I think it's nicer).
what is that husk thing? Csn I substitute something else?
