I want to remind folks that this method works for simple Notes databases. If your Notes datadase has elements like rich text, attachments, reponses hierarchies and so on, they will be lost with this method. For those databases you will need a tool like the ones from Casahl, Quest Software, Binary Tree or others.
@headbat1 - Once the XML file is imported into SharePoint it now it stored in SQL Server tables. So if you change the XML file before the import then yes. A good place to change the data is in Access before the migration. We are taking a snap shot of the data. You can delete the data and "append" the data to an existing list if you want fresh data.

I have a some question. If i have changed a XML file - can i see those changes in sharepoint?
