  • Well sort of! First you are using the chamber sealer incorrectly. The bag does not fold over down past the bar. Doing this is why the bag blew up in the video because the pressure on the out side of the bag was less than the inside, the opening was crimped by the heat bar. The next it takes more than one infusion to marinate properly. The best is to not seal the bag but run the cycle several times. The people who do not like the plastic bags use canning jars to do the samething.
