For a corpse that was buried under/inside cement for who know how many years, those sure are some clean pajamas. No side of decomposition on them at all!

Id like to see a season where Dexter gets a little darker. Like kills someone but never gets that release he is looking for. Like a drug addict, who's doesn't get the same high as before and needs something more. Maybe gets the urge to kill somone innocent. I don't wanna forget he kills for his own saticfaction, not justice. Justice is a side product. He can come out of it in the end and back to normal for all i care, but i think that would be a great season.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say relegation of women to the kitchen and the nursery, I mean look at WW2 when they needed women to build equipment and such for your boys during the war. I was more like back then it only took one job to support a family and so it was a very common thing for the man to go to work and the women to say at home to take care the duties at home.
Morality has always been bad just its increased tremendously in the pass 50 or 60 years. Just ask any elderly person and they'll tell you the same. Back then they didn't lock their car or house doors cause it was not common for people to break in and steal. So to answer your question, yes they did know how to do things back then.

I love Dexter. Its a wonderfully written show, but after reading some of these comments, I have to wonder about the mental capacity of some of the people watching it. This scene in no way shows anyone how to make a "kill room" in real life. It shows you how to make one on a television set. The body is only a prop, that he specifically said they used in a past season. This thread is far more disturbing than the video clip.

I've always wondered about two things regarding the kill room.
1.Where does Dexter buy and store the large amount of plastic needed for the kill rooms, those amounts may raise unwanted attention.
2. How does Dexter get rid of it? Does Dexter Bag the plastic with the victims or wash it and recycle it?

I suppose he could buy it in another store/-city each time to minimize any unwanted attention... but still, I think irl someone would start asking questions.
Disposing of it should be rather simple though, he could either stuff one layer of plastic in with a bodypart, or just put it all in one (or 2) extra bags, and then put in some bricks or water for extra weight.
Burning them would also suffice, but you need a sucluded place to do so...

I love Dexter. Its a wonderfully written show, but after reading some of these comments, I have to wonder about the mental capacity of some of the people watching it. This scene in no way shows anyone how to make a "kill room" in real life. It shows you how to make one on a television set. The body is only a prop, that he specifically said they used in a past season. This thread is far more disturbing than the video clip.
