It's very cold in Russia. It can be - 40-50 deg. in some cities. So we wear leather boots for 100-200$ and real fur. You can't understand what it is like to feel this cold all the time!

I want some slouchy, medium brown faux-leather boots sooo bad! But it's still summer so I don't think I'll be able to find any that are knee-highs yet.:(
I live in Canada and our laws for animal abuse are not up to date in any way. We treat our animals like the are just things with no brains or feelings. When trucks drive these animals to slaughter houses thy re allowed to not feed them or give them water and it gets so cold up here and there is no shelter for them. I don't know if you've ever seen a slaughter truck but they are just like metal boxes with large holes in them and amny animals freeze to the sides of these trucks
@KaylaPenner well thats awful, fortunately Ireland and the rest of Europe are more evolved.... hopefully one day Canada won't be livig in the dark ages....
i think a lot of people commenting haven't a clue. my sister is an animal rights activist and animals are not killed inhumanely anymore, especially not for fashion. even in religious sacrafice they are not killed in a way that is slow and agonising. Also sick animals have to be put down, it would be kinda cruel to keep them alive if they're suffering. I don't wear leather or animal fur at all and I never would but I think some people might be hating on Megan's boots just to have a go at her.....

@KaylaPenner In civilised countries they are electricuted into the brain, they don't feel it and it's not painful for them, but I'm not sure what country you live in?? My Dad has worked all over Africa too, in tiny/poor villages and they don't even kill there sick animals this way....

@KaylaPenner First of all its not decomposing, its preserved. And there is nothing wrong with it. The companies don't torture the animals. If they did word would get out and they would be in pretty big trouble. They kill them quickly and make boots out of them. :)

just a tip megan, maybe im wrong... But, you have a great length of legs but they're not super long. So, the over the knee boots will probably make them look shorter.
Granted they're all good in my opinion, but I really like the style of the 3rd pair by forever. I do like the winter time when ladies wear boots. Ladies, you look awesome in them and not always in a dirty way. Wear'em right & you won't. Obviously, being a guy, since I neither ride a motorcycle nor a horse, wearing tall boots is out of the question though I do have a pair of surplus East German jackboots. Just for all of you 12 year olds who are fashion ignorant , over the knee leather boots are very in. Things only look trashy if you wear them that way. It's not like she's wearing these boots with short shorts. They're fashion forward if you wear them with jeans or leggings. Guys Megan is from a wealthy family and if you are going to be shallow and hate her for that then your pathetic. That's like saying "Well I don't like you because you have blue eyes" Megan seems very down to earth. Paying $300 for shoes is not outrageous, especially since they are leather. Sure you can get some $20 shoes at walmart but they won't be as nice quality. Everyone has a different style, that's why they make so many shoes so if you don't like Megan's then don't buy them.

To everyone saying Megan showed "slut" boots, do yourself a favor and look up what the slang term slut actually means. Ladies, she dresses the part but doesnt acted like it. What i mean is Megan comes from a pretty wealthy home and you could tell from the things she buys and obviously her closet. i loveeeee the first pair! i got black leather riding boots for christmas and i love them! they were about $100 and i think that is a pretty reasonable price for good boots. but idk if i would spend $250 on boots just bc trends change a lot.

Im not sure if I really like the boots that much but I think that they don't look that bad on you. It isnt a neagtive comment and I admire that you show people what you like to wear rather than what is in 'fashion'. To everyone saying Megan showed "slut" boots, do yourself a favor and look up what the slang term slut actually means. Wearing certain clothes doesn't make you sleep around with people, that's a choice each individual makes themselves. And to people who are complaining that these boots are too expensive, whatever happened to google? Look around at cheaper shops for boots that you like - you don't have to buy the exact ones Megan shows, I'm pretty sure this video should be used as inspiration :)

Ladies, she dresses the part but doesnt acted like it. What i mean is Megan comes from a pretty wealthy home and you could tell from the things she buys and obviously her closet. Usually, people like that are spoiled, stuck up, and snobby. But judging from the videos she has made, Megan seems like a very Down-to-Earth girl. she doesnt let the fortune get to her head and we can tell because she has helped those in need and made care packages. basically, dont judge a book by its cover. just sayin.

i loveeeee the first pair! i got black leather riding boots for christmas and i love them! they were about $100 and i think that is a pretty reasonable price for good boots. but idk if i would spend $250 on boots just bc trends change a lot.
