Honest to god, WHO FREAKIN' CARES? First of all, this is not a martial arts tournament, it is an ANIME CONVENTION. Of course they are gonna be doing flashy moves to ENTERTAIN people not teach everyone how to do a kung-fu form. In fact, this style isn't kung-fu at all it looks more like Tae Kwan Do. Even if it's not in your eyes, these guys obviously worked just as hard as any other martial artist. Get your facts straight before you decide to downgrade people who practiced this for years.

Honestly its good from an XMA POV, but I don't see how some people can say this is a martial art. The tricks were extremely rough with no true passion or grace to them(Butterfly Kicks and Aerials looked the same). There was no internal within external, and the two must balance each other out in harmony. Like I said before nice for show but should not realy be considered a true martial art.

No it wasn't intentional, but in dojos, one learns to have a plan for most any possible mishap that may happen in a fight. This guy probably put that to his choreography as soon as he dropped it.
