The "No Love - No Hate" album is truly a thing of wonder. A gift from the gods at Fishrider which dropped through my letterbox last year. It gets better every time I listen to it. "Love In Blues Minor" is just superb.
At points the whole thing seems held together with bits of string, sellotape and buckled staples. But hold together it certainly does and drags you along with it. It has charm, verve and edge in abundance.
What a thoroughly charming song! Thanks to Beaksa, I have 20 years of The Puddle to awaiting to discover - I don't quite know how I have managed to miss their music until now?
Think I've heard it before but can't place it, I assume that this is the studio recording and live footage - e hika there are more dancing at The Dark Beaks on a rainy day outside at the uni - heathens
