@MegaJorn123 Yep thats true. In this guide I stayed away from my target though, which is why I didnt use demon leap/immolation aura when in metamorphosis form.

i get the switching demons for max dps with the felhunter, but what about on a raid boss when Demon souls CD is done do you just use it with the fel hunter or waste the 4.2 sec cast time to get felguard back out for demon soul and re-insta summon felhunter back?

@fluxitch it got buffed with the 4.3 patch, better scaling with spell power, I think it's about a 10% buff.

@graymalkin1234 I think you're confused with soul fire there, not incinerate. The PTR or the patch notes both don't mention anything about incinerate.

Same here on my lock i have ilvl 379 and use the same rotation as u. but still my normal dps is like 14 k. :( even saw a demo lock with ilvl 359 that made like 20k + so i dont get it. i have socet right and even reforged right. u can look att me att Armory. Burning legion Eu. Wiani

@DragmoraProductions I can't find you on the armory, don't worry if you're normal dps is around 15k. When using metamorphosis, demon soul and other cooldowns such as trinkets, your dps will get much higher. Every encounter will be different, because procs will always be different, like power torrent and your trinkets.

your doing it wrong... as of the incinerate buffs you dont use glyph of corruption you use incinerate instead.. dont use shadow bolt any more use incinerate

@voltrak1000 Dont agree with you entirely on that one. Incinerate only crits for around 25k when molten core procs, where as shodow bolt can crit much higher without any type of proc. What incinerate buffs are you talking about anyway, molten core? If this was for destruction spec I would agree, because of the 25% increase to fire spell damage, but for now im sticking with shadow bolt.

Good video, However there are a few things that can improve the dps, particularly your opening in regards to the burst that you can achieve. I would recommend, applying curse of elements then casting 1 shadow bolt to proc "shadow and flame" which increases the crit chance of your spells. Then apply instant dots, pop Doomgaurd + metamorphasis etc(other cd's), then cast immolate and hand of guldan, then commense Shadow Bolt filling = ilvl 378 = 38k dps burst , 32k stable.

@ScreamoForMe Make sure all of your gear is reforged and you have the correct gems. Check out some sites like noxxic and mr robot to make the best you can out of your gear :D
