What's the name of that chord at 1:04? 3rd and 4th on 2nd fret and 2nd string on 3rd fret right? (sounds right at least) but it's not on any of my chord charts, lol

That looks/sounds like an A7 to me (X02020), except the high E string doesn't sound like it's being voiced, so the highest note in the chord is a C#.

The chords used are D G A(or A7)and E(or E7).

I think Em would also work for E or E7, but the song really works the way it was written. Beautiful little waltz by a talented young lady, and covered really well here.
