To get an idea of the speed this plane is going on the runway, the runway edge lights are 200 feet apart, centerline lights are 50 feet apart. The edge lights turn yellow on the last 2000 feet of runway, which you can just see before rotation (nose-up).
Seriously, the USAF has done training in desert warfare with the Israeli Air Force. Why? because the Israeli Air Force has the EXPERIENCE, having fought in several air battles over the Middle East. I have to wonder how much some of you who post here actually KNOW about airplanes and aviation.
