@sayzeem Just make a hoodie out of a zip up hood and add fabric the same color as the hood from something like an old shirt. It's very simple to make and if your sewing skills are good it will turn out very well.

@sayzeem I didn't have a way to make the peak "stiff" but all I did was cut out (4) side peaces so that the edges of the face are coverd, and (2) triangular peaces that, of course, go on the top, and for me it kept the peak "stiff", yet still giving it that "Assassin" look.
