When a small TSU appears at the end of a word, it's silent. It's just an indication to the voice actor/actress that the word should be stated in a brief manner; it tends to be used in situations when the speaker is surprised or startled. And yes, English-speaking people generally say something along the lines of "augh" when tripping, although this of course varies depending on the individual.

Actually, my affiliation with PP is somewhat loose, so I haven't really been keeping tabs on what they're doing on their side. ^^;; Things are basically the same as when I was translating Rebirth except that PP will be using whatever parts of my translation that they want to use for their patch, that's all.

At least the fanon says so I think, like you say the Order of Lorelei in Tales of the Abyss, but there's nothing official in it as it never had an official translation.

Well, the word Church (when capitalized) has a very similar meaning to the word Order, so both should be perfectly acceptable translations for SHINDAN. Church just sounds more natural to me personally (e.g. the Church of Christ as opposed to the Order of Christ), so that's what I went with. ^^

I guess you're referring to Stahn, right? I actually prefer it without the h as well, but it's just not very practical for me to have it spelled one way in my vids and then have to change it to the other way when I do the text dump for PP. I won't be using Garr at least, though. =P

And it wouldn't be the first time that I messed a Katakana conversion up, so it was probably supposed to be Laguna to begin with. I'm just weird like that. XD
