Wow, I've never heard the judge go that far. Pretty cool. I am in the minority, but I think we will get our indictments before it's all said and done. These crimes aren't going away, there's no statute of limitations for crimes against humanity and treason.
@slewofdamascus Indictments, yes, but I'm thinking indictments cannot happen unless they are done by the People themselves, directly. How?
From what I've been able to gather, We need to use not criminal statutes but to Uniform Commercial Code, UCC. For example, one can obtain a copy of an official's oath of office, and when he violates it, sue him for breach of contract in the amount of, say, $15,000,000.
This requires much study, but ignorance and liberty cannot coexist.
@JesusDillinger I'm down with that, there are also "private" grand juries. Immafreemann is a great channel. There's no question, in my mind, that the court system is administered through admiralty law and that we are born slaves with our birth certificate a bill of lading. Keep studying.
@slewofdamascus Yeah, your right. The People--meaning myself--need to learn to use our codified right to form grand juries and all that. Unfortunately, I am at this point as ignorant as anyone in this regard. Working on it....
