Ive had this little voice telling me since i was just a little boy saying i wanted to join the army someday and im only 13 (and don't anybody say anything about me being 13 and wanting to join when i get older cuz even though id be as scared as hell i prob have more balls than some of you) but anyway i still hear that voice today.

I'm really glad my uncles are all home safe. They've all spent soo much time over seas and I'm just glad they're home. I cried almost everyday when they were gone and now that they're back, we spend all of our time together! I am their girl! :)
my boyfriend is currently Underway in the Navy. He's been gone about a month and a half, but he will be back shortly. I want nothing more than to hear his voice again. oviously 35 people dont know what its like crying yourself to sleep just to wake up to a nightmare. And other days crying till you cant physically form tears anymore.
Some times i dont get enough sleep just think/hoping that my brother will return home safely from this godly war and for the parents who think there kids dont really understand the pain im 13.

my husband was deployed when this came out.. we had written to LoneStar to ask if they would do a 'welcome home salute' videos but they had so many request after it came out sadly they just were only able to send a welcome home letter that was so much appreciated even thou they were dissappointed that they couldn't make the video for them, just the fact that they took the time to reply and care was enough for our sailors.

I'm really glad my uncles are all home safe. They've all spent soo much time over seas and I'm just glad they're home. I cried almost everyday when they were gone and now that they're back, we spend all of our time together! I am their girl! :)

my boyfriend is currently Underway in the Navy. He's been gone about a month and a half, but he will be back shortly. I want nothing more than to hear his voice again. We almost made it through our first Underway. I'm so proud of him. :) Thank you hun, and all the men that risk their lifes for ours.

At that time, I was almost ahamed to admit, that I was a military member.
Never the less, I did my job like a true American.

I would rather be home with my boys, but my oldest son is 15. I would rather take care of business now than to pass it off to him because I didnt do my part. Thank you for all you have done. Im a softmore in highschool and I plan on going into the U.S Army as a officer after collage. I always cry when I listen to songs like this or videos like this because I have two grandfater's that were both in the armed forces. One was Army and one was Marines. They both served in Vietnam and whenever I look into there eyes I feel the pain that they felt. And I just want to say GOD BLESS ALL OF OUR TROOPS!!!!!!
