yeah i learned wqaters kiing first, and just 2 days ago gotr a wakeboard took me like 5 tries toget up and im still crap but plan to go alot more, but i can pretty much doe veryhting on skiis you can like i can drop one ski, i can get up slalom and can jump the wake so theres really nothing else you CAN do so im getting into wakebaording

i slalom ski and hold the rope vertically and with pretty much more than half of everyone in my school is on the lake only 3 or 4 know how to slalom ski. pelican lake breezy point

and one last thing, waterskiing isnt exactlyharder to learn. wakeboarding is harder to learn, but if you were a waterskier like myself, when you start wakebording its easy. the very first time i wakeboarded i got up, just from the experience waterskiing

yea i agree with xshane. i like water skiing cuz thats the first thing i learned. but once you get to a certain point theres not much you can do to get better. wakeboarding is soo much deeper with flips spins grabs and tricks. and there are always ways to get better at it.

So, heres the deal, this is a segment from a feature length documentary film about the A scow. (the sailboat in the vid) it is about a sailboat that actually goes fast enough to wakeboard behind. Yes the water is rough, it has to be windy enough for the boat to tow the wakeboarder, yes he is struggling a bit due to the waves and the not so consistent speed of the boat. So, it is what it is its a guy wakeboarding behind a sailboat, we dont do that regularly, just did it for the film.
