Just because I haven't been to a Rangers game before, doesn't mean I'm not a fan. Celtic and Rangers have two of the largest fan bases around the world - fans as far as Australia; America and Asia and of course many fans across the island of Ireland. Are only those who attend matches at septic park and Ibrox fans then? If so, both have relatively small fan bases as neither regularly sell out their stadiums either.

@legandrydirk We see Germany as a rival, not because of our meetings, but through history. Just like Millwall and West Ham are arch rivals through history, not through meetings - in that sense, Crystal Palace would be our main rivals.
England and Germany - banter between the war is heard; shouting about 1966 and them shouting about the numerous times they've beaten us. We hate losing to Germany more than anyone. They are our main rivals - we love watching them lose and fail.

Germany have their fair share of rivalries, just like England. They consider the Dutch their main rival; we consider Germany ours. Scotland; Ireland; Wales consider us theirs etc etc... then we have rivalries with Argentina (war related) and of course, France..

But nonetheless, I remain confident that Scotland will leave, thank heavens - and soon after, we'll leave the EU. It's going to be an exciting decade :D

Celtic and Rangers have two of the largest fan bases around the world - fans as far as Australia; America and Asia and of course many fans across the island of Ireland. I personally DO want it. I want Scotland out of the UK, asap.. the sooner the better - and that reason has NOTHING to do with sport or football or the old firm or anything other than British Politics.
If you think England would look forward to a match against Scotland more than Germany, then you're hilariously mistaken by the way. Germany are THE rival of England.
