WBRZ's new campaign about bringing the public fair and balanced news is a joke. From their numerous news reports it's obvious that they are conservative so I don't see why they're up in arms about this ad.
the republican party in louisiana is one of the most ridiculous things i have ever encountered. i used to be a republican and even worked on several campaign trails. but in the light of countless reasons and recent events, and the party's blind and ignorant support of a very inept governor, has forced me to vote either democrat or independent. i vote independent whenever possible. but if there is only a democrat and a republican running, i vote democrat. only bc it is the lesser of two evils.

This guy's voting record is liberal but who actually checks. All the voters hear is what he says. Nancy Pelosi allows the "Blue Dogs" to stray on a few issues if she has the votes. Now on drilling she wants a veto proof vote. So he and Melancon will have to vote the party line. Vote Republican in November if you want any chance of more drilling. Be pro Louisiana.

2) Refuse to drill in ANWR and never enjoy it either
3) Refuse to pressure GOP Florida to put sky blue gas rigs 25 miles off coast
4) Refuse to build another nuke plant for 30 more years even though socialist France will
5) Refuse to build another refinery for 40 more years even though newer ones would be cleaner & more efficient
