  • All right man. You go for all of the skills. You all ready have good spring in your legs but you realize you could add another 10 or more inches on your vertical jump just from specific plyometric conditioning. I think for now I would just keep training the skills and do the conditioning when you encounter a certain skill that requires more vertical jump. KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING!

  • Just a cork. lol. But its off a slant, perfect way to learn how to do corks. Make sure that you lift way hard and THEN spin. Keep it up!!
