I am totally aware of the properties of sound and a deaf person with no cochlear devices would not feel any sensation unless the level was extremely high if we stay inside the realm of science as we know it. If we extend this into the metaphysical then the sound is not important as we experience it in our conscious minds and not with our senses.

Yes, this is it...the most powerful sound in the Universe ( within your cells as well, since they are a universe by themselves) I
