The progressives have done a great job of establishing a feeling in the general populace that :
1. Guns are evil and dangerous
2. Anyone who has a gun is a criminal
3. Only brainless hicks own guns
This is why they say we can't open carry in Indiana. They say that they can arrest you for creating a panic. Strangely ... in my opinion the ones who caused the panic are the ones who vilify the guns! If it wasn't for them, people wouldn't be so scared of guns.
Politics is always done at gunpoint, because that is where the government derives it's power. It is an inherently anti-social institution.
There are many, myself included, that consider the act of voting to be an act of aggression, because, regardless of the of who wins or loses a political battle, the resultant laws and regulations are enforced upon the populace, whether they consent to being governed or not.
yes. the party that is subordinate to capital and wealth and power. it is what this country was founded on, protecting the wealth of the 'owners' from the population. the whole republican/democrat thing is a very, VERY thin sham. they do vary slightly in their historical records, but they are subordinate to the exact same things and take orders from the same places. you'll be doing yourself and everyone else a huge favor in forgetting about the bipartisan squabbling. it's counter-productive.
The water gun idea is actually a very good one in many respects. You should really work on that and see how it plays out. There are a number of issues there that could cause them to realize how insane it is.
KEEP = OWN
BEAR = CARRY
INFRINGED = IMPEDED OR RESTRICTED IN ANY WAY
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed
One can open carry an gun look-a-like. Refuse to leave the building IF asked due to weapon. Then when charged make the PD look foolish for charging a person against a water gun. Do this like 10 times to get the point across.
I can't wait to leave California and join others in an attempt to establish an island of liberty within this nation. Please keep fighting until the rest of us can join the battle.
Idk, staying in California seems about as useful as trying to remodel a house that is no fire :( California is a beautiful state with a lot of potential, but it seems to me to be a lost cause. I hope I am wrong, maybe we will see real change with the proposed Cali constitutional convention.
Indeed, the 9th circuit is another reason I believe it would be best to just let Cali bite the bullet. Hopefully everything collapses while I am still young enough to return from my proposed exodus to help rebuild the golden state. Sometimes it is best to let a fire run its course and simply contain it to stop its spread.
i agree with this statement the most. the free state project doesn't have to be NH-specific. it's actually quite foolish to try and make it as such. it should be in solidarity with other movements all over the country and the world. EVERYONE wants the freedom they were born with, and was taken from them by various institutions of centralized power. the way to get out of serfdom is to decentralize that power. stay where you're effective- home!

Thank you. You're not an idiot, you just made a mistake. I'm glad you caught it or I would have been really confused.

guns are tools .
the right to carry .. must hold faith to the peoples abillity to apply common sense .

Usually political subdivision means township or city, not subcommittees within the legislature.

Please tell me this bill doesn't actually have broad support in the NH statehouse?? Is this NOT the free state?

I think the empty holster protest it a safe idea. It gets the protester's message across while keeping them out of the hoosecow.

we had a empty holster day at my college last year.

What other state is there? All I needed to know personally about NH is that adults are not REQUIRED by law to wear seat belts and can open carry.

@benjaminbartholomew too bad the 9th circuit court of appeals simply negates the will of the people.
