Obviously he never really listened to S&G before he made that comment. Just for starters., Art was the lead singer for the entire Graduate soundtrack. In addition to his golden tenor vocals, Art G. played the piano & the guitar; often assisting Paul S. w/ the writing, ART GARFUNKEL also PRODUCED many of the tracks, laboriously working through all the possible technical & instrumentation combinations. BOTH HAD EXTRAORDINARY ABILITIES which, when combined, produced a sound which will be heard for centuries. SIMON & GARFUNKEL = LEGENDS. Peace, All.
