You don't have to buy the DLC to get the costumes you can just go to \game\Alice2\AliceGame\Config\ open DefaultEngine.ini with notepad. Go to the end of the file and change GIsSpecialPCEdition to true, ie:

GIsSpecialPCEdition=TRUE

Save and close, start up Alice and you'll have all of the costumes.

fun fact- Lewis Carroll wrote Alice to make fun of people who believed in new mathematics like imaginary numbers and limits at Oxford. Its doesnt have anything to do with drugs, as is most commonly thought. Wonderland is simply Carroll's vision of what the world ruled by 'new math' would be- insane.

@DragonFist203 You could say so, shes suffering from a trauma from being abused in childhood and seeing her parents burn in her house, so she locked away her memories(which you recover while progressing in the game), and is hallucinating, i would say thats a severe case of an acute stress disorder evolved into a form of a controlled( if you can say that) schizophrenia,at least the hallucinations part.

It's all personal preference, no point trying to justify either as they will both seem unnatural to people that use the other. I for one find standard setup makes sense and inversion seems just backwards.

@IronMaidenLeigh Forcing those who where scarred by past memories to forget was a victorian idea and so perhaps the doctor is just a example of a real life victorian dr. Also this is still used in certain cases especially children today. Also it does not always cause psychosis and in some cases prevents it.
