It's really not that hard to get one if you have a PARENT with you who has their ID.

I will deffo get more done later, I want my septum done but I have to wait cos my parents dont like them, but I would like an industrial piercing. and for most of these piercings there is no law against them being done at a certain age, different places just have different veiws about what age they will pierce you.
@cuddlesbby123 they dont hurt at all, but everyone has different pain barriers. i got mine done not long ago my piercer numbed mine, i got snakebites. if your piercer doesnt numb them i imagine it will hurt a lot more allthough even with mine being numbed i felt the end of the needle on the area he was gonna do, but i didnt feel it go through. :)
But if only get 1 person to read it i feel it's worth it.

there is no legal age for piercings, the only piercing's with an age limit are genital.... I'm 15. I have 4 lip piercings, tongue, nape, stretched ears 36mm, nape, both nipples.... and this week am due to get another tongue, septum & 40mm stretchers.

@scaryfairy14 i had mine done 3 days ago..yes it does hurt-so much more than i thought, but i have a low tolerance for pain! you'll be glad to know that the pain only lasts for a second before turning into a dull ache. Make sure you go somewhere decent, where they will talk you through the piercing and they will show you the new, clean needle. My piercer sanitised the whole room infront of me and showed me the unopened needle packet, then cleaned the room again afterwards. Good Luck! <3

Im. getting mine done again....the first time hurts like a....1 or 2 out of 10(: what helps me is if you have your eyes shut and think of a song in your head. I didnt even realize we were done untill i felt the cold wipe on my lip.
@xXlovemrowlXx i have snake bites. and anything u get done hurts....but lips are the least painful. its just a sharp scratch then its over. u should expect a needle going thru your flesh. LOL, but less then a second of pain. Let me know when you get it done

@primaz4life The federal government of the United States of America has an age of consent at 18 and due to the supremicy clause federal law beats state law if they conflict meaning it may be 16 in Maine but Maine is apart of the United States of America meaning the age of consent is STILL 18.

Where I go personally, you have to be 14 to get a piercing. It's all down to where you live and the shop requirements, so really she might not be a dumbass afterall :)

Even if Maine says it is lower the supremacy clause says that if state law and federal law were to conflict federal law will always win. So idc what state law is. If California says pot is legal that means it is legal at the state level NOT the federal level

@scaryfairy14 i had mine done 3 days ago..yes it does hurt-so much more than i thought, but i have a low tolerance for pain! you'll be glad to know that the pain only lasts for a second before turning into a dull ache. Make sure you go somewhere decent, where they will talk you through the piercing and they will show you the new, clean needle. My piercer sanitised the whole room infront of me and showed me the unopened needle packet, then cleaned the room again afterwards. Good Luck! <3

itll have abit of a pinch but you wont have any problems with it :)

Duh people it probly will slitly its a needle going threw your skin but really no one can tell how much it'll hurt sense everyone responds to pain differntly.it just a matter of how much you'll go threw to get what you want

Im. getting mine done again....the first time hurts like a....1 or 2 out of 10(: what helps me is if you have your eyes shut and think of a song in your head. I didnt even realize we were done untill i felt the cold wipe on my lip.

@xXlovemrowlXx i have snake bites. and anything u get done hurts....but lips are the least painful. its just a sharp scratch then its over. u should expect a needle going thru your flesh. LOL, but less then a second of pain. Let me know when you get it done

@ryan22smith thanks and yeah i figured it was going to hurt but im just not good with piercings......btw never under any circumstances get anything done at wallmart.i got my ears pierced at walmart when i was 5 and the dumb bitch pierced her glove through my damned ears.well they got infected and i had to let them grow in.then when i turned 13 my aunt pierced them again with her own piercing gun.yep they're kinda crooked but it will be ok.so as you can tell ive been scarred

But it might hurt a little bit to you, because it depends on you're lip and you're strength, ok ?
