Notice that Hedman has absolute NO highlight reel clips. He's made a few passes that are okay, but pictures of him skating a few strides with the puck or backskating smoothly don't justify his status as a potential number one.

He should go number 3.

first of all some defencer skates from their side to the other side an d score sometimes but he is still just 18 wait and see he will skate and dangle soon.

Only reason you can see john tavares dangling goals is because he is a center jackass

Your right, its all a big miss that every single scout has missed and you were the first to notice that he isnt actully good at all.

He played for the SEL when he was 16, he skates like hes 5.11 but hes 6.6, hes strong and he was maybe the best defencemen in Modo....

Im sure hes highlight would look different if he was playing against 14-18 year olds and ofc, hes a defencemen, they dont make as many highlight reels.

He's swedish, it doesn't surprise you that they didn't have much tv clips of him in America? Plus, there are rights involved, you can't just show anything. You already know this by now since the vid is old, but Hedman's a badass. He's really, really good.
