1:28 - 2:50 is easily the best part of this track. I also think that some segments of this track were put into COD4 too, seeing as this movie came in '05 will COD4 was I think in '08.
@Fearosius@Fearosius I noticed that too. Harry Gregson-Williams worked on COD4's soundtrack as well as this one; and he decided to use the same tune in both. By the way, does anyone know what the instrument that plays the segment is called?
Kingdom of Heaven came out in 2005 - I don't think the music had anything to do with CoD - It just sounds similar because it is from the same culture, the same part of the world.
The song where Sybila took away the mask is called "Vide cor meum" (See my heart). I think this song is from Patrick Cassidy. Hope this will help you.
do you know the name of the song that plays at the end when orlando bloom asked saladin what jerusulam is worth. i think its older thewn the movie cos it plays brifely at the end of blade 2.
Yeah... who would have thought that the crusades would have lasted this long? Holy warriors from both sides are still tearing each to pieces over there.
the western side isn' that holy anymore though, slight diffrence between holy crosses and oil, but the struggle for power still remains (like in every war)
I was actually talking about the israelis and the arabs. Not so much the westerners, because not only are you right about most of them being not holy (and downright immoral if you've seen the news), but they aren't really fighting for the Holy city anymore, they just want their precious black sludge (oil).
I don't really think so; don't believe the media, they bring what they want to bring, half of it isn't true and the other half is the extreme things cause the daily things arn't interesting enough to put in the news. The Israeli's and Palestinians are struggling because we gave the Jewish a country of their own after WW2 where their old country used to be, problem was the Palestinians were allready living there...
You're right, but whether I do or do not believe the media, millions do and it's the cheif problem here, I think. Propaganda doesn't win wars, just makes them longer. It's why WWII lasted so long, Stalingrad, London...
wars need to be long to make sure that the outcome is more precise, the british could have surrendered right after Hitler's Blitzkrieg but then we'd all be speaking German now? wouldn't we?
Yes, we would. Also, with German occupation of America, pop culture would not exist so then we'd have much better morals to begin with. I guess the world's one big, reorganizing, messed up mystery however you slice it.
that's the problem with humans: first they want something, and then when they get it, they say they don't want it anymore. Give us freedom!! they get freedom, but then order is weak and they start crying for more rules to restrain the people.
Fun Fact: Velibor Topic who plays Balian's fellow knight, Almaric, is the voice actor who plays Captain "Soap" Mactavish in mw2 and mw3.

It may have come out 2 years before, but they just reused it.

@TEcsWolf : You mean CoD4 reused it? Yes.
