  • I LOVE THIS GAME

but only played the demo for my old Sega Saturn...

  • Isn't there another game like this, 2 players, you choose a white cop, black cop or a girl cop, and you fight terrorists who hijacked a cruise-liner?

  • @corporalcharlie Crisis Core

  • GFonzie90 full game was amazzzinnnggg..i also kinda remember this gm was really one of the pricey ones.. Like 60 or so back then lol

  • i had the demo when i was little, there was only the first level :( i remember that i loved this game, especially when you use the broom XD

  • @GFonzie90 I also had the demo and played it throu like 150 times xD

  • I use to play this game at pizza hut

  • i played this gamewhen i as 4 memories :)

  • My child hood game and beat it in the arcades was a memorable.

  • haven't played this game in a good while.

  • ah the epic quicktime events

  • Blew the lid of fun, good times

  • i would go to the batting cages near my house hit for about 2 hours then play this and the terminator 2 game.

  • i played this game as a kid!

  • This and the Simpsons Arcade are the two best arcade games of the 90s!

  • Ahead of its time, even in this day and age it has my respect.

  • They should have just called this game "Die Hard 2" and skipped the shitty movie with the plane. Awesome game!

  • does this remind anyone else of Dynamite Cop on the Dreamcast???

  • @RKEreal1 Dynamite Cop was actually the sequel to this game, they shared the same series title in Japan.

  • lol this game had NOTHING to do with the movie.. but its so awesome!

  • They need to put this up on PSN. Good memories.

  • oh, the quarters i mustve wasted on this game at the arcade...

  • i remember playing it from ucla campus lol it was pure awesomeness

  • @bloodz0r This game was re-released for the PS2 recently under the Sega Ages line.

  • lol this game has been locked away in my memories for a very long time and somehow i found it, i remember playing this on like an arcade machine somewhere i was never very good at it tho

  • And i thought die hard was about Bruce Willis.

  • This game was supposed to be Streets of Rage 4 but Sega changed their minds. Just read it on a Sor site.

  • MORE BEAT-EM-UPS LIKE THIS!!! This game was so coming of age that I'm suprised that there wern't a whole slew of beat em' ups that carried this approach to this classic arcade genre. *sigh* I remember this being the few titles i owned for Saturn back in the day and even though I beat it dozens of times i never got tired of it.

  • I miss this game. HEY MICROSOFT! Put this game on the XBLAM.

  • this game is too fucking intense

  • I love how a guy was casually walking in with a rocket launcher.

  • since wen did john mclane start doing karate? LOL

  • good ol' Sega days

  • good old times.

  • YO IF ANYONE WANT TO PLAY THIS ON EMULATOR ON PC HIT ME UP!!!! SO WE CAN PLAY IT ONLINE :) NOT MANY PEOPLE PLAY THIS......

  • I love how the guy walks out the elevator and takes a rocket to the face lol

  • saturn is untouchable

  • If you play deepscan you can rack up as many credits as you need to play thru the game. Deepscan is a classic arcade game in its own right.

  • Dynamite Deka?

  • Remember I played this in the mall's arcade it was fun as fuck, but 2 player sucks because of the token every time you die.

  • damn I remember this game, couldn't think of the name to save my life though so nobody knew what I was talking about! I got pretty far by myself once LOL! they need to put this on the wii or something!

  • Man, i loved this in the arcades

  • You should've arrested the girl...

  • i have this game its awsome just go to DOPEROMSdotcom then you click sega saturn emulator then download the die hard arcade rom to play it thats it . And u can also download other emulators like n64 or ps1 and games for it.Hope this helps thumbs up if agreed

  • is somebody playing this game with an emulator ? and which one ? I need held

  • @donbraatzdazzle u need ssf alpha (latest version if possible), you will also need the game iso and also a daemon tools or similar tool to mount the image. Simples. Enjoy.

  • lol this isnt john mclain right??

  • They have this at Casa Bonita in Colorado in the arcade. If you wanna play it, go there now.

  • What I would fuckin give to play this again. Man, just watchin it was fun!

  • what happened to games lke these

  • is this game on the ps1?

  • @xTHExLEGEND Nope it is only for the sega saturn.

  • @mariofan587 Oh i see thanks for the heads up

  • i beat this game with my brother in 2 hours in the arcade it was chill

  • i do like older type games like this. This Game Kicks ass.

  • Amazing game, played it at the old drive in movie theater <3

  • haha I used to play this at the arena when my brothers had hockey games.

  • LOVED! This game when it first came out lol. Virtua Fighter 2, Virtual Cop 1 and 2, Sega Ralley were all awesome.

  • This and fucking dinamite cop

  • I remember playing this in the arcades so damn much. I could waste so much money on this cabinet, jeez.

  • God DAMN that evil mastermind sounds evil! His voice sounds like Satan!

  • I have played this game at a bowling alley. This game is loads of fun. Looks like I will have to pick it up for this system when i find one. Would be nice if it was ported to the Xbox 360 or PS3. I would download it in a heart beat.

  • man I loved this game, up there with alpha 2

  • omg i remeber this game it's so old but fun

  • one of the best games to come out ahead of its time sega saturn's best i love this even better than virtual cop

  • Nice finish at 2:37!

  • yeeaaaa running punch i luv it lol!!!

  • They need to remake this game.

  • only reason why i wanted a saturn instead of an N64 that year. DIE HARD ARCADE!!

  • Yes!!! After 100 years!!! ahhhh!!! The game of doom!!!

  • Love how sega made the music in the Saturn version more intrumental than techno like the original arcade version, which wasn't bad either. I think there is a cheat for the saturn to where you can listen to the techno or remix version.

  • My friend has the actual arcade unit. It's great.

  • @pyoobez NO FUCKING WAY!!!!!!!! =O

  • i used play this game since i was 5 years old 1999 i had 30 quarters just to beat this game and i did the end was to save this girl and beat the old guy or somethin i remember this game but i forgot the title best game i played from arcade and so is

  • OMG... I played this game through in Spain at a Arcade Machine.

  • 1:30...you just got knocked the fuckk out

  • !!!!! Holy sh* talk about old school. how can i still remember the cheesy opening music with such fond memories? Because they were fond memories. 12 years old, arcade time. Man- nothing else mattered during those moments of intense gameplay. LOL such terrible graphics in retrospect, cheddar for story- but still so excellent. I'ma find this game for old times sake. Thanks again for puttin this up.

    Peace

  • You can get this game on the sega saturn!!!! I just ordered a sega saturn off of ebay that came with 2 controllers and 7 games. Right when I get the system in a couple weeks, im going to order this game.

  • 1:28; clotheslined, LIKE A BOSS.

This game was fucking awesome back in the day.

  • you know the The Lonely i lands? song we like sports:to the E to the P to the S to the N Thats all i watch cause I`m The MAN. Lolz XD i`m sorry i had to do it. =D

  • at 1:27 mark..hes a jerk lols he just punched a random guy (could be anyone imo lols) walking in the corridor haha

  • yeah, poor dude was just trynna go the bathroom and next thing die hard K.O. what a cheap skate lol

  • This game was so fun! I use to play this all the time in college!

  • I soo want a Saturn!!

  • I just bought one, going to get this game for sure.

  • w-wait a min: there trying to fine his daughter? but shes up under the table! anyway,i dint understand this before i was little, heck i don`t understand it now! lol but it sure brings the good times

  • This game was sick. I finished it like a 100 times. I loved the sound of the punch

  • WOW...I remember playing this game at the movie theater when I was a child. Thanks for the post!!

  • Strange, I use to play this at the movie theater as well. What movie theater was it when you played this?

  • I loved the "CAUTION" moments. I'm from Denver, CO.

  • I miss my broken Saturn...and this game.

  • they just don't make these kind of games anymore.old school games rule!

  • yea they do. i remember playing this in the arcade. brings back memories before arcades started to suck

  • very true statement

  • Always loved the Caution runs.

  • I liked them too, the music was my favorite part.

  • yeah...the caution runs!

  • i remember playing this with my friend, i remember setting off a nuke one time lol, i didn't sustain any injuries, but i killed everything else, and i think my friend received a bit of damage ^^

  • rofl i remember the day i finally beat the arcade machine version, almost pissed myself

  • arcade classic coin up

  • i just hope sega make a sequel of this game for XBOX 360 and PS3 and make this game a an unlockable bonus on the disk.... and maybe the dreamcast version too

  • They did make a sequel, its called dynamite cop for Dreamcast. and they made a remake of this for ps2 with this version as a bonus plus other features, but its only available in japan. and the most recent sequel is dynamite deka EX, but again, its only in japan and it looks shitty anyway.

  • Oh man I loved this game so much, beat it more times than I can count.

  • HOLY SHIT! This is the game I've been looking for for years! This game kicks fucking ASS!

  • @WOLFMOTHER1257 Me too, dude!!!

  • I loved this game, played I it til the day my saturn broke

  • AHhh. Nice! Reminds me of my childhood. LOL

  • Omg :O i freakin loved this game, never got the full game tho, just spammed the demo to death and beyond mostly :P

  • This was easily one of my favorite arcade games back in the day, so much fun lol, even though I sucked big time. =P

  • This game is the reason why I wish I had a Sega Saturn.

  • what i dont get is that is the saturn a console you can play at home or the arcade system you find at arcades? Because i always go play this game in the local arcade

  • This was from the saturn version.

  • but my question is, is this a takehome console or a arcade machine? because hes using fraps record it, does it mean its a take home console?

  • Yes, saturn is a videogame console. I bet this is not captured with fraps this is captured via capture card.

  • The Saturn was a fucking awesome machine for arcade conversions

  • @mardyben137 This one in particular was quite literally an arcade game ported directly to the Saturn. The arcade game used architecture called "Titan" which was almost identical to the Saturn, making ports super easy between the two platforms.

  • @mardyben137

Same goes for most SEGA machines man

  • @mardyben137 the arcade version of this game uses the same hardware as the sega saturn used

  • one of best saturn multiplayer games!! you have to play that seaboot game to get more lifes

  • it easier to have a partner to help you fright the bad guys since the game is hard

  • I love this game, got it for my saturn, its pretty hard tho

  • Damn, I used to play the hell outta this game on my Saturn, as a matter of fact, I'm gonna go play right now! Gotta love the sit yo ass down punch at1:30!! LOL!!

  • this game was so inovative at the time it was made. I still love playing this game even 2day.

  • I wish this worked on MAME.

  • @ModelJames13 actually, it does work on mame, but you got to have a computer with enough memory to make it run 95% smoothly, otherwise it'll lag slower than a snail on molasses

  • i used to LOVE the quicktime events in this game. just a running punch.

  • I love this game :)

  • i just bought this game for the saturn at yesterday!!! :)

  • Well i'm currently studying how to make games, i'll see what I can come up with, I agree more games like this need to be made, with an inventory, rpg style :).

  • i beat this game at the arcade

  • I beat this game too.

  • ahhh...I remember playing this game in the arcades. One of the best arcade games ever.

  • at the start of the first quick time, that was just hilarious, that thug didn't see that coming.

  • This game was the only reason why i wanted a sega saturn instead of a nintendo 64 that year. Every morning before i went to high school, i would play this game and beat it in 15 minutes, but it still was F-cking fun everytime!

  • oh man now this is what i call a classic game the sound efects the game play i love it why they don't make games like this anymore? :-( give me so much memory when i went to the video store in my block and pass the arcade game with 4 quarters ahh

  • It used to kick my ass at the arcade though.

  • I owned this game once...oh, those were the days...it was easy to beat, too.

  • I remember this game. I only played the demo on Sega Flash volume 5.

  • I remmber playing this whenever I'm at a movie theater

  • Yeah seriously, I miss games like this & Double Dragon. Thats what the new gaming consoles are lacking.

  • i strongly agree. all that exists is half-assed games, and way too many crappy games. I mean High School Musical? come on, weren't the movies enough visual/ear rape for a sane human to deal with

  • my fav game!

  • I wanna see this game on XBLA... A man can dream.

  • The arcade version also didn't have ANY loading times inbetween cutscenes and such.

Wow, you're doing MUCH better in this second run through than the previous attempt.
