first off this look like a high school debate. casinos?? they will change the whole atmosphere of the western cities which is boring by the way, i moved from there long ago. look we live in 2009 you can not stop adults from doing what they want,; if they go spend over 100 millions in neighboring states, why don't we be smart enough and get the money and save them a trip!! and if casinos are so ''evil'' that means those people are already addicted and we have to treat them anyway!!!
