I hear all the time, "what's the point of wearing makeup when your skin is clear, you don't need it." Um, not everyone wears makeup because they NEED it. I love putting on makeup. It's like a blank canvas that you get to add all these colours to. A lot of my friends who wear it are the same. Wait, I think I saw that pic, and I didn't see a problem. You're beautiful both natural and with makeup. People have this idea that makeup is worn to hide something, when in fact it's worn to enhance the beauty you already have. And of course, like you said, it's worn by some who are hiding imperfections, but that's really no body else's business. And this is from a "natural" beauty, whatever that means. I don't wear makeup, but I wear weaves, some people wear padded bras, etc. etc.
As much as it turned people away from make up it made me start watching your videos and try to get better at my makeup. The main reason is because my biggest fear is that I will get hyper-pigmentation when I get older because it runs in my family. And the transformation that you did with your face gave me hope that I can actually walk outside of the house and feel beautiful if that should ever occur. So I am sure your video helped woman similar to me notice you.

I hear all the time, "what's the point of wearing makeup when your skin is clear, you don't need it." Um, not everyone wears makeup because they NEED it. I love putting on makeup. It's like a blank canvas that you get to add all these colours to. A lot of my friends who wear it are the same. How we wake up naturally is perfectly fine, putting on makeup doesn't mean we're hiding anything. And if you don't like girls who don't wear makeup, DON'T LOOK AT US, simply IGNORE US!

Wait, I think I saw that pic, and I didn't see a problem. You're beautiful both natural and with makeup. People have this idea that makeup is worn to hide something, when in fact it's worn to enhance the beauty you already have. And of course, like you said, it's worn by some who are hiding imperfections, but that's really no body else's business. And this is from a "natural" beauty, whatever that means. I don't wear makeup, but I wear weaves, some people wear padded bras, etc. etc.

As much as it turned people away from make up it made me start watching your videos and try to get better at my makeup. The main reason is because my biggest fear is that I will get hyper-pigmentation when I get older because it runs in my family. And the transformation that you did with your face gave me hope that I can actually walk outside of the house and feel beautiful if that should ever occur. The same guys that are bashing you for being a so called 'bad role model' are very happy to watch female popstars romp around half naked on stage in fishnets and latex, things like this make me so angry. Everyone looks different with make-up on, that's why they call it "putting your face on"! It's a creative process of enhancing features and hiding flaws and the fact that you look good with it shows how talented you are at what you do. People need to learn to appreciate the time you take out to make the videos! You are gorgeous with AND without makeup and more importantly beautiful on the inside which is much more than we can say about such losers! Forget them, you are #winning in every way!!!

I don't feel that you need to justify why you wear make-up at all. You're you, you do what you want. If you choose to wear make up (and you wear it well do it). If you choose not to wear make-up then do it.
It's a shame that you feel that you needed to do this video. The people that took the time out of their sad lived to go as far as taking the still from your videos and creating a comparison and then creating a page dedicated to you are sad.
