Give them a try. I don't use them very much but they do make nice leaches for dogs.

160's? well not at Party City but you could find then on-line or at a balloon shop.

I tried making the rose but I didn't finished it. I had a problem tacking in the loops to each other.
I made 4 loops but they're kinda small or narrow to tack to the next loop. By the way, I used 260Q and used up the whole balloon.
What went wrong. Please advise me on this.
By the way, I'm a lady, not a guy. I'm using my nephew's account. I have not opened up my own account yet.

You can use 260's but you will need 2 of them to make the top of the rose.
