  • I Love your knives! I was introduced to them by my father in law while i was visiting san diego, he gave me one. Also got to buy another one after i found you guys selling them at the gun show. I plan on bringing both of them with me next hunting trip.

  • I remember buying an Anza in 1989 in Escondido CA when they were first coming out and establishing their name for quality amongst the ranks. I have a couple more in my collection now and I've never been disappointed.

  • Just got mine. Wow. Very nice indeed.

  • Best knife i own, Thanks Anza!!!!

  • GREAT video! I will be purchasing one ASAP.

  • I Love my Anza knives! Thanks!!!

  • Kool.

  • shit... know i REALLY want one of these Knifes ^^

  • I have been dealing with Charlie Davis and Anza knives for some time now. I am a carpenter that uses his knives every day. I got one from an electrician friend that was using his knife at work all day stripping wire. That is when I got curious enough to get one for work. Great tools, I find many ways to use my knife. You are not going to break an Anza knife and they hold their edge.and easy to sharpen. Can't beat quality and price. High carbon is it.

  • great video of anza knives.

i also found you through... budda734.....

i have just ordered 2 mini skinners (teenie weenies)

high carbon steel holds a good edge so keeping them sharp wont be a problem

    thanks for posting the video

    best regards from wales uk.

  • Just a note, Charlie Davis is a great guy to deal with. I've bought a number of knives in the past, and he's always provided a great product at a great price. He also does custom work at a higher quality and better price than almost anyone I know.

  • High Carbon- I love it, and I love the patina it developes on old well maintained, but used pocketknives. Thanks for posting, awesome vid. !

  • Very cool Charlie. You inspire me, a beginning knifemaker !

  • More More! Loved this vid and your sharing about the files. Would really like to see more of you, your shop, philosophy, products, etc.. I found you through budda734, one of my fav knife reviewers.

  • I'm hoping Charlie will have another one made. In the mean time, I'm working on getting budda734 another Anza knife to review.

  • @dsnorthern are wood files made of carbon steel? where can u find carbon steel files?

  • just ask Charlie to ask me to make another video for him, maybe some table tops on some knives... Give him some ideas...

  • My husband and I both carry our Anza knives on a daily basis in Alaska. My husband uses his everyday from cutting trees, salmon to big game and everything in between. We like the knives so well we bacame dealers and share them with customers family and friends!

  • Anza makes some of the finest blades you can buy, period! I'm surprised that Cold Steal hasn't ripped them off yet.

  • there great knives
