Heroin has a small window to get it right. To little and you wont feel much. To much and your dead. Never mix it with anything, especially Alcohol. There isn't much of a way to gauge street heroin strength, so you don't know what you are taking.

2. Too much and your dead - not true. Heroin has a large safety factor when used with no other drugs and there has never been any evidence to suggest otherwise. There is clinical evidence proving substantial heroin overdose is not harmful.
