I just started this diet on Monday 6/30/08. It is really easy not to feel hungry. I am on 6 shakes a day and thank god my insurance covers all the cost. ;-)
Thank you for you video. What an inspiration!I just started optifast and I lost 10.5 lbs in one week so far. I trust I can have the will power to keep it up. It costs me $155 a week to go through this program. I am currently doing 5 shakes a day.
