Do you know, the crazy thing is that I saw him live about 8 years ago with Kid Koala in SF... and he (Amon) was not as good as his studio work at all! I was so surprised. He was doing more DJ/Mix type work than his own compositions. Conversely I think Kid Koala is a genius live, but not so great in the studio. Still, it was just one show; I'd definitely see him again--maybe it was a fluke.
